The Home of Christian Poets exists to encourage, support, develop and connect Christian poets in a respectful, faith-centred and creative environment.
By becoming a member, all members agree to uphold the values, mission and integrity of the organisation.
Members are expected to:
The Home of Christian Poets is a Christian-led organisation and operates according to its stated vision, values and ethos.
While members may hold different denominational perspectives, all members agree to engage respectfully and not seek to create division, hostility or disruption within the community.
The leadership team reserves the right to make decisions regarding:
All decisions made by leadership are intended to protect the integrity, wellbeing and mission of the organisation.
The Home of Christian Poets reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate membership where a member:
Where appropriate, concerns may first be addressed through discussion or written warning. However, leadership reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate membership where necessary.
Membership termination decisions are final.
Members must not:
Constructive feedback is welcomed when communicated respectfully and appropriately.
Members retain ownership of their own creative work.
However, by submitting work for publication, performance, promotion or featured opportunities, members grant The Home of Christian Poets permission to share or promote that work in connection with organisational activities unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Home of Christian Poets reserves the right to update or amend these terms and guidelines at any time in order to protect the organisation and its members.
Members will be notified of significant changes where appropriate.
