POETIC PRAYER & PRAISE overview
This event was a CLARION call for purpose filled, Christian Poets, to unite in powerful and intimate Poetic Prayer and Praise.
We prayed for all creatives, for the boldness to use our gift to proclaim the gospel (the good news) - that though all humans have sinned, and the punishment is separation from God, Jesus' s sacrifice on the cross paid the penalty for our sins, and His resurrection offers, all who believe, the promise of eternal life with God, instead of eternal damnation. The Woman at the Well in John 4 met Jesus and simply testified, causing many in the City to seek him and believe beautifully told in a poem on the day by Lucy Stevens. Just Imagine how your poems can cause people to seek Jesus and to believe. We were greatly inspired and encouraged, as we lifted each other up in poetic prayer and give glory to Almighty God.

Our flagship Events
DISRUPTIVE CREATIVITY
Disruptive Creativity took place on 6th July 2019 and is our Flagship Event. It was the first event of its kind in the UK to bring together, not just poets, but a variety of creatives including radio presenters, actors, dancers and educators, under one roof in a dynamic display of interactive workshops.
Speakers shared about how they use their giftings in their jobs and how one’s gifting can be used to disrupt the negative, ungodly rhetoric that is polluting the atmosphere on an unprecedented global scale.
It is time for The True and Living God’s voice to be heard louder. It is time for us to stand up and be counted for the gift and for the responsibility that He has placed in our mouths, hands, hearts and spirit. It is time for us to make a noise to bring a great conviction, carried on the waves of His love, to all mankind, to win the lost and to positively influence a broken world.
